Is Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. Only for Those with Cancer or Alopecia?

Upon first visiting the  Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. website’s homepage or reading about us in some of the various articles that have been written about our brand, I completely understand if you believe that the central theme of Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. is cancer and alopecia, and the type of customer we are trying to attract is someone who has been diagnosed with either of those diseases. Thus the question:  Is Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. designed, exclusively, for those with cancer and/or alopecia?

The simple answer is NO. In a nutshell, we created Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. with the primary mission of supporting healthy lifestyle journeys, regardless if you’ve been diagnosed with either of these diseases.

However, we also felt it was important to be able to benefit those who have been affected by cancer and/or alopecia, because we were co-founded by my wife who is a cancer survivor and also because we found a lack of body care products that catered to the concerns those who have been impacted by cancer and/or alopecia, either directly or indirectly, have. So we made sure that in addition to supporting healthy lifestyle journeys, we also made benefitting those affected by cancer and/or alopecia central to the brand’s core. All of this is accomplished in a multitude of ways from our formulations to our supporting of cancer and alopecia research foundations, by donating a percentage of our products that you purchase to these foundations.

You may have heard, in the past, that skin is human beings’ largest organ.  Because of this, we designed our products for all skin types and all of you who want to feel confident knowing that the ingredients you are introducing to your largest organ are natural, organic and non-toxic. That being said, we also wanted those who have been impacted by cancer and/or alopecia, like my wife was, to have that same degree of confidence and comfort when using our products.

I would like to take a moment and explain what exactly I mean by "impacted or affected by cancer and/or alopecia."  It could easily be inferred that what I’m talking about is purely those who have been diagnosed and are or were undergoing treatment for either/both of these diseases. But that’s actually not the case. We are trying to communicate that by affected, we mean directly or indirectly. I’ll elaborate.

When I use the term “directly,” yes, in this case I am referring to those officially diagnosed and either are or were undergoing treatment for cancer and/or alopecia.

However, “indirectly” is where I believe needs further explanation. As mentioned a couple of times earlier, my wife is a cancer survivor, and she lost her hair while undergoing treatment. I, though, have never been diagnosed with either cancer or alopecia, yet I was impacted indirectly when she was diagnosed and treated, because as her spouse, I took it upon myself to help care for her while she underwent treatment. And while it’s understandable that after her diagnosis and subsequent treatments, my wife chose to make changes in her lifestyle so as to never have a reoccurrence of cancer again, I also decided to make some big changes in my life, because I saw first-hand what she was going through, and I didn’t want to go through that, or something similar, myself. I believe it’s fairly safe to say now that pretty much everybody, including you, knows someone, be it a family member, friend or co-worker, who has been diagnosed with some form of cancer. Maybe this has caused you to start re-evaluating your life choices and the products you use and consume daily.  Maybe you want to use products with more natural and non-carcinogenic ingredients. Perhaps you’d like to avoid artificial fragrances (a whole other topic to write about – what exactly is “fragrance”). This is another one of the primary reasons Wenujulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. was created - for those affected by cancer or alopecia, indirectly.

In addition to the above missions, Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. was also created as a premium eco-luxury brand.  Our products are formulated with the highest quality all natural ingredients, to provide you with a true luxury experience and give you the results you expect every time you use them.

Our  Nourishing Oatmeal Soap Bar, for example, provides a refreshing natural clean while also helping you attain a brighter complexion and protecting your skin from irritation, especially if you’ve experienced skin irritations such as eczema.

Our  Invigorating Southwest Cedar Soap Bar will awaken your senses so you feel stimulated, yet relaxed, while helping reduce stress and improving your sleep and safeguarding your skin against potential aging.

Our  Unscented Body Wash will lock in moisture and help keep your skin hydrated while providing a calming effect to your skin.

I hope all of this gives you a clearer understanding of why we created Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. and what we are striving for with our products and, subsequently, with our customers.
