Free Ground Shipping:
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more, shipped within the United States and its protectorates, as well as to all APO/FPO addresses.*
* Depending on the weight of the order, standard ground shipped orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage (0-1lb.) or USPS Priority (1lb. +), with a delivery/tracking number.
Expedited Shipping:
If you require faster shipping, we offer you the ability to select either USPS Priority (usually 2 - 3 days) or USPS Priority Express (usually 1 - 2 days). The price of both of these shipping methods will appear as you proceed through the checkout while placing an order.
PACKAGING INFORMATION
Wenjulan Whole Body C.A.R.E. soap bars and body wash* products are packed and shipped in a kraft paper box which is both recyclable and compostable.
The protection filler inside of the shipping box is also made of recyclable/compostable kraft paper.
*The body wash bottles will arrive, in the box, wrapped in a recyclable plastic bag which is used to prevent damage to the shipping materials and/or any additional items purchased, in the case of leakage.

RETURN POLICY
We work very closely with our chemists and formulators to create products that you’ll love and enjoy, however due to their intended use as personal care items, we are not able to accept returns. Should a question, issue or problem arise, though, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our absolute best to work with you to resolve it.
