RETURN POLICY

Due to their intended use as personal care items, any Wenjulan items that need to be returned must meet the following criteria:

Return Window - Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

• Bar Soaps: Must be unused and free of any water exposure or signs of use.
• Body Wash: The safety liner between the bottle and cap must be intact and show no signs of tampering.

Wenjulan will pay for return shipping on orders of $50.00+.  Refunds will be remitted to the payment method used for the original order within 3 business days after we receive the return.
