Lather the bar between your hands or onto a washcloth, then gently cleanse your skin using circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. For daily use on body, face and hands. To extend the life of your bar, keep it dry between uses by storing it on a draining soap dish.

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders of $35.00 or more, shipped within the United States and its protectorates.

Expedited Shipping:
If you require faster shipping, we offer you the ability to select either USPS Priority (usually 2 - 3 days) or USPS Priority Express (usually 1 - 2 days). The price of both of these shipping methods will appear as you proceed through the checkout while placing an order.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:

All Wenjulan products are packed and shipped in a kraft paper box which is both recyclable & compostable.

The protection filler inside of the shipping box is also made of recyclable/compostable kraft paper.

*The body wash bottles will arrive wrapped in a re-closeable bag, made from a blend of low-density polyethylene and 25% post-consumer recycled materials, to prevent damage to the shipping materials and/or any additional items purchased. Our re-closeable bags can be both reused and/or recycled.

RETURNS:

We want you to love what you ordered but understand returns are sometimes necessary. Due to their intended use as personal care items, any Wenjulan items that need to be returned must meet the following criteria:

Return Window - Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Bar Soaps: Must be unused and free of any water exposure or signs of use.
  • Body Wash: The safety liner between the bottle and cap must be intact and show no signs of tampering.

Wenjulan will pay for return shipping on orders of $50.00+.  Refunds will be remitted to the payment method used for the original order.
